It seems that Odex lost the case against Pacnet verdict. However, the anime studios which was co-plaintiffs now has the right to request for information from Pacnet.

Well well, i actually didn’t watch the whole thing…. My parents were hogging the TV and so i went to sleep without watching it haha… But some nice people from HWZ recorded it and posted it up to youtube. So, is this piracy?
